Fairmont Performing Arts Center

The Kettering Fairmont Performing Arts Center is located on the Southeast corner of campus at the intersection of Shroyer Rd. and Lincoln Park Boulevard, across the street from the Fraze Pavilion and Kettering Government Center.

Building Entrance

During school hours, you will need to sign in at door #1 with a new security kiosk. The easiest way to sign in is to swipe a driver’s license or state ID. You can sign in with your name and birthdate if you do not have a license with you.

After you enter the building, you will be given a visitor’s badge, and the front desk can direct you to the performing arts center.

After school hours, you may enter through door #2. The music office is located just inside to the right.

Handicapped Parking

20 dedicated handicapped parking spaces are available just north of the auditorium. This parking area can be accessed from southbound Shroyer Rd. There is direct ramp access to the auditorium lobby from this parking area.
